New to NoFap 30 Day Challenge to O during a Blowjob. ADVICE. Very Anxious

Hey, I’m 19 years old and I’ve been PMO since I was about 13/14 years old. I used to masturbate multiple times a day but always tried stopping once I got to high school but was never successful longest was a week and a half. I’ve always been shy with girls and sort of anti social so for me porn was a way to experience sex without a person. Finally got my first sexual experience with another female at 16 ( a blowjob) but I couldn’t O. After a couple more blowjobs from a couple other females was still never been able to O. Yet I can get an erection perfectly fine and can cum with no problem from penetrative sex. Since I got a girlfriend about a year ago we’ve been having constant sex which has made me cut back on the PMO from multiple times a day everyday to once or twice a week.
