New to NoFap Day 18

Hey guys, I've been on NoFap for 18 days and not feeling any benefits. I do have the urges, but fortunately I have found porn so boring now that I actually hate it.

Around what time have you guys noticed the benefits? The only benefit I have noticed is I talk to girls, but it's only in formal situations. I'd like to get to the point of seeing a woman I find attractive and initiating the conversation and keeping it going. Problem is, I don't have enough self confidence. My platonic friends tell me I'm attractive all the time, but I always think they're just being polite.

How do they actually sense this? or how does it feel to a woman when they sense this? I hope my questions made sense.
