    Hello everybody, i just joined and i want to give thanks to the people who started this NoFap because it has motivated me and got me in contact with videos and information in websites that has helped me out alot, first i want to use this post to recgnize that i have a problem with porn and masturbation and it has been going on for a long time, im 27 years old and this stops now, i decided to take the challenge and go step by step, day by day to get rid of this horrible addiction.

    thanks to all and i look forward to parcicipate in this forum.

    awesome, recognition is a great step. Once your out of denial you can make a plan and you realize your potential. You will be a more strong-minded man than most once you know you can beat a powerful addiction.
