new to NoFap

Hello everyone,
my dear members of NoFap, we all know the main purpose we are here, you all who have joined here know it, i am 22, and i am so much addicted to porn and masturbation that a day without it is impossible, i feel urges down there, before this also i tried quitting it by deleting all the material which i access, but is uncontrolable, and the effect of this is that i get attracted towards girls in way of physical intimacy, i have forgotten the meaning of love, i dont even feel anything about love, all i do is jack off, sleep, eat and little bit study, my life is devastated right now, came to know about NoFap, i am again deleting all the material and i wish this time i leave my addiction forever, times will be hard ahead, but i wish everyone good luck and hope we together achieve for what we come here for.
