New to Nofap

Hello people. My name is Golden and today I started my 3rd year of high school. I have noticed that in the prior two years PMO has caused me social anxiety so I want to stop and try to be more social with the people around me since I am slowly going towards my last year or 2 of HS and I want to change myself for the better instead of being the same awkward guy I was freshman and sophomore year.
