New to Nofap

My name is Chris, I'm a 31 year old resident in the southeastern United States. I'm a hobbyist with a desire for a more positive lifestyle which I believe should include Nofap.

It may actually be an imperative.

Thanks in advance for any support and I intend to return it in kind.

I'm beginning this journey to supplement my existing positive life experiences such as how well I manage my finances etc. I suggest trying to piggyback on an existing positive attribute of who you are.

Everyone has positive and negative characteristics and we have to stay vigilant even if we're not certain of the outcome.

I like to read and see that others have improved themselves through Nofap so can't think of a reason why I shouldn't give it a go, action > inaction.
