New to NoFap

Hi, I am an 18 year old teenager who has been addicted to porn for about 4-5 years. I came to NoFap to help my addiction and maybe never watch pornography again. I have tried to do it on my own before but I keep falling back into my addiction. The longest I have gone without pornography within the last couple years was about 2 weeks. I was proud of myself and I wanted to continue with my progress but I ended up failing. I watch pornography about 2-3 times a day and sometimes more depending on what I am doing and where I am at. Ive accepted my addiction about 2 years ago and I believe that the first step in recovering an addiction is to accept that your an addict. So I have came here to try to get some help.
