    Hello there!
    For a long time I've been wanting to stop fapping, tried a couple of times, but no luck.
    Today I've heard about NoFap program, and I'm excited to start it!

    I'm 21, virgin, ex-religious, currently no girlfriend.
    I'll start a 90-days PMO program.
    With the time i'll have, I plan to go to the gym, eat healthier, sleep earlier and wake up earlier, watch movies, hang out with friend, learn to program better, and maybe learn to play guitar.

    I'd love to get some tips for not failing in the mission...

    @daniel21 welcome to nofap. I am glad you made a decision to stop PMO. Yes, stopping this habit will give you a lot of time to do other activities. All the activities you mentioned actually help you stay away from PMO as well. So I encourage you to start doing the things you mentioned like playing guitar, going to the gym etc which will soak up excessive energy that is usually converted to a PMO energy otherwise. So choose to do the wanted behavior to stop the unwanted behavior!
    You also need to figure out why exactly do you want to stop PMO because that will determine how long you will persist in this journey. When things get tough you will start questioning your reasons for starting this journey and having solid reasons will get you over the hump. I encourage you to keep coming and read other's journals too to get a perspective on various approaches.

    My reason to stop is because I hate giving up for my self, to masturbate even though I don't want to. I don't feel it's doing good to me, besides taking my time. Also, I don't want porn to mix up with real sex, and porn is an industry far from being real, using women as objects - I'm ashamed of myself for supporting this industry.
