I have been battling porn and sexual addiction for over 13 years. I have a good female counselor but really look forward to establishing male accountability and help.

    Hi @travelalot56 !

If you name suggests you are travelling a lot - and perhaps alone a lot - you may find some helpful comments, thoughts, and shared experiences in the "lonliness" forum.

Also, if you haven't already done so, read the "getting started guide" available on the home page of this (noFAP) site. It includes lots of helpful information as you begin your journey of healing. Read, then post any question or concerns you have here. Lots of folks are here that can share their insight and experiences with you.

One day at at time is how we all succeed.

So, have you been reading and learning and working on your noPMO journey planning ?

If not, why not ? There is no better time to progress your journey of healing than right now.

One day at a time is how we all succeed.

the answer is yes. Just finding a community for support has been a blessing. I have read the starting book and have been browsing some of the forums.
