I watched a speaker on YouTube talking about porn addiction and I found it so inspiring as this is something I never talk to anyone about, i am married and most time when I’m in my own I watch porn and the disgust and shame I feel after this continues but today I am making my first steps to stop feeling this way

I have been reading some posts and am starting to realise that my behaviour is affected by watching porn and this is reflected in how I will get involved in sexual innuendos particularly at work with females that I work with and again for me this type of talk doesn’t make me feel good about myself and is probably disrespectful, just thought I would share this

    Welcome to the Nofap community.
The NO PMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.
    The community will support you.

Did you talk with your wife about your addiction? Might be helpful. Many wives are very supportive.

Maybe you want to make some commitment - not to the community but to yourself.
I recommend to install a counter and a personal journal.
