New to NoFap

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site and just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 24, have been PMOing 10+ years, and want to stop. I have quit successfully before for extended periods (1&1/2 years is my record) but after relapsing I find gaining ground to be very difficult. Hopefully this site and the community here will be able to help me out with that.

There are various reasons I want to stop, but the basic reason is because I'm happier when I'm not PMOing.

I'm looking forward to giving this a try!
