New to site.

I am new to NoFap site.
I am on my journey and I hope by joining this site and join others in the motivation to stop porn masterbation.
I recently had no masterbation for 2 months or so and it went so well.
I experienced calmness of my mind and more energy. I was more social to people by talking to them . Before I was not so much.
And I noticed looks from girls at times , eye contact lasted longer.
Cold showers helped with my 2 month plan and my skin and hair and eyes looked more healthy.
I also done some meditation to get something I really wanted and used my energy to receive . I received.
I believe there is good benefits to this journey. I wanted see how I felt on my relapse after 2 months . And I can honestly say I felt better on my 2 month no journey than I did watching porn and masterbation.

I am starting another journey without a deadline. I believe I can do it and make my life better.
