Am zayn,19 years old. Started this habit of porn and masturbation 3 years ago when I was around 16. Since then it has been on and off until last year when I finished high school and got a lot of free time on my hands. Been fapping around 2 times a day in the past several months which is draining me and to same extent making me feel useless.
Tv shows,porn and masturbation is everything I did in those few past months and I still do.
I WANT IT TO END
Tried to abstain from it from 1st january 2017 on my own but I have relapsed 6 times already, it's 13th Jan now and am kicking off my 90 days challenge.
Fingers crossed, I will not relapse this time round. Am more than porn and masturbation and I want it to end.
*Am starting my university soon.
*I got a gym membership.
*Am also running a side business as an entrepreneur.
With God and you guys help,I will achieve my dreams.
