New to this community

Hey everyone!

I am a 31 yr old male. I have been using porn since I was 17. It has almost cost me a job and negatively affected my marriage. I have violated the trust between my wife and I. I am going to stop using porn to escape. This will give me more free time, let me be more real with those around me, and improve my marriage. I am abstaining from porn and masturbation (PM). I am at 1 day and 41 min.

I have been fighting this by my self for a long time. I had some success with SA, but stopped about 18mo ago. Last fall started my relapse. Thankfully, early last week, I realized I was losing control and am ready to admit I need help. I can't do this by my self.

I will leave it at that for an introduction and get some other feelings out in a journal!

I thought this community was just a reddit of people doing daily check ins, but not that I looked into it, I see that it is much more. I am excited about going on this journey with you.
