New to this.....doing a 90 day no porn/masturbation thingie

Hello everyone,

I've never really been on any forums before but willing to give this a shot. Been addicted since I was 14 years old. Have gone without porn for a few years here and there (which wasn't easy). Haven't gone without masturbation for longer than a few weeks though which I would also like to stop doing. I'm currently back at my porn addiction. I generally relapse every week or so.

I've always known porn is unhealthy. First through religion and later through a few of my economics classes (people would be surprised how messed up that industry is and what it all finances globally).

Delighted to see so many people sharing their story and showing some vulnerability and in my opinion strength when it comes to this dificult subject. Keep up the great work!
