Put in the time, and the reboot does wonders. It's tough though, as anyone doing it will say.

According to the site, an accountability partner would be someone you talk to at an agreed time. Basically, someone you hit up at a given time and let them know whether or not you PMO'd, edged or whatever else. I guess it helps because you have to be accountable to somebody if you do PMO.

Sorry man, but I won't be able to rigorously contact someone everyday at a given time. If you want to hit me up with a PM though, we can exchange emails and chat more personally about anything if you want. This would be an easier method for me.

I've been at this for about a year and have gained plenty of experience as well as consumed lots of information on the subject, so if you have questions, I might be able to help.
