New to this!!!!!

    Hi everyone
    New to this sort of stuff but thought I would introduce myself.

    I'm a 25yo male and I've been addicted too PMO since I was about 14/15. Since then at least everyday I had done PMO and just can't stop.
    The longest I can normally go without it is 5 days max, and then I give in!

    I always feel drained of energy and just want too stop. Hope I can find the help I need here!

    Welcome to NoFap, you’re in the right place to find help. Yes, quitting is tough but keep trying. Never give up. Whenever you relapse try to learn something from it so you can attack your addiction again with new knowledge.
