    Welcome!
It's great to hear you're trying several things at once, I think that's smart. Often PMO is symptomatic of underlying issues and it may take time and experimenting with different strategies to find the right approach.
You will find lots of good advice and plenty of support here.
    Good luck :)

It is difficult to truly judge someone who is struggling with a variation of the same issue you deal with.
What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

Good/challenging question. I'm using a few addiction apps, I enrolled in an online program a few months ago but haven't taken advantage of it. I need to stop procrastinating there!

Here are some reasons and strategies published by someone here at NoFAP a few years ago:
    -----------------------------Reasons to quit PMO-----------------------------
    1. It robs me of my energy.
    2. It makes my brain smaller.
    3. It takes away all my motivation.
    4. It literally makes me feel like shit, after I am done.
    5. It keeps me isolated from the people I want to spend time with.
    6. It teaches me to take the easy way out, and not challenge my self.
    7. Because of PMO I don't persist in relationships.
    8. Because of PMO I don't persist in my dreams.
    9. PMO lets me feel weak and useless.
    10. It makes me nervous and anxious.
    11. It lets me objectify other human beings.
    12. It makes me feel ashamed, and low.
    13. It makes me feel dumb. (Which I am for wasting hours on pixels rather than people!)
    14. It makes me depressed and suicidal.
    15. It gives me a false sense of reality.
    ---------------------------Strategies-----------------------------
    • Read three article a day in a field you are interested in.
    • 20 minutes of meditation at least once a day (twice a day is better--start with 5 minutes, gradually increase.)
    • Drink about 2 liters of water per day.
    • Exercise for 30 minutes each day.
    • Learn time management. (Many articles on line)
    • Learn about self confidence and motivation. (RSDTyler on youtube is great.)
    • Get at least 6-7 hours of sleep.
    • Learn a new skill, something you always wanted to do.
    • Take online courses. (Udemy has lots of free ones.)
    • Read a self help book.
    • Go out and socialize.
