New user, but don't know what to do next.

    Hey there. I'm a new user in the site.

    I read the general info about porn addiction and its negative effects, as well as the so called glossary, and it was okay. I just don't know what is the next step. I have set up up my profile and added my preferences, and then what?

    Is it just a matter of circling through countless posts in the forum? Or are there defined steps or challenges one must follow to know he/she is on the right path?

    Up till now the only thing I did is I stopped watching porn and masturbating. But I haven't done anything practical to start having real solutions to the issue.

    Any help is appreciated!

    No defined steps, it's not a program, just a forum for people in the same position as you.

    I would set up a thread in one of the sub-sections here to serve as your journal and then post about the techniques you are trying to stay successful with your reboot.
