    Good morning everyone I'm new . I'm glad to find this forum I've been really down lately and find it difficult to do important tasks and live life normally.

    yup me too... I find it difficult to focuss on things I suppose to do so I really want to change my life too. hope we both reach our goal and become more productive.

    But I can't tell my family because my parents are very strict. They might chase me out of the house if they Know I watch porn, that is why I want support. I want to improve without causing trouble for my parents silently

    we're in the same case aside from that it feels too embarrassing to tell them that, right. I may recommend you this app "qustodio" it blocks certain site like porn, hope it helps you too to control yourself. I am currently using it and just like you I am also seeking for some advice here in this forum. hope we made it till the end
