I'm currently in the process of drawing up a strategy for the next few months. They're not really NY resolutions, but more of a continuation of what I'm doing right now. I have them divided into categories and broken down into smaller goals. But to keep it simple, here are my plans for 2016.

    1. Take yoga classes and be able to practice regularly

    2. Develop meditation practice (from basic level to a more disciplined routine)

    3. Find NGO work in South America (building on my experience)

    4. Get Spanish from B2 up to advanced level (C1)

    5. Visit new countries (Columbia and Ecuador, for sure)

    6. Sort out fapping with the help of this community

    7. Date interesting, high-quality women and potentially develop a meaningful relationship

    8. Maintain and improve nutrition and fitness

    9. Read a dozen books

    10. Cultivate a positive mentality and outlook on myself and the world.
