    I am a 21 year old university student who has issues with fapping and watching porn. I been doing this same routine of watching porn and jerking off since I was 7 years old. I never thought about stopping until I saw how my actions started to affect my relationship, and saying this I told myself I need to change. I reduced my fapping from 2 times a day to 5 times a month since July. It’d not nough though, because I really want to stop watching porn and jerking off but it’s hard to stop. So I came to this website for help or if there’s people that can help me out.

    Hello sir and welcome. 7 years old :O Wow I thought I was young, but that's besides the point. This addiction grips all of us. The ones it hasn't, well they are very lucky individuals. Immerse yourself in this community and really engage with people on here. Speak your mind. Its a forum after all. Good luck on your journey man. It's not an easy task. But with a mind set switch, a strong resolve, and a community that understands and backs you its DEFINITELY doable.

    Your body may respond automatically to things but you can control your actions. Be mindful of your triggers, the steps you take when moving towards PMO and set targets for yourself. Also, managing a week is an achievement in itself - one that many people struggle with.

    You can and you will do what you set out to do.
