Newbie here! HELP me please!!!

Hello there guys! I am newbie here! And I believe that there's no accident. Everything happens for a reason. This maybe the answer to my long term struggle. I been addicted in porn more than half of my age. Im 31 years old right now and im suffering in porn addiction. I am slave of sexual immorality. And I really want to be free! It ruin my life. I got jailed because of that. But despite of what happened to me I keep doing that kind of sin. I don't know how to stop watching porn. I spent 5 hours everyday watching porn. I masturbate more than 5 times a day. I am hopeless. I really really really want to change this bad habit. But nobody knows what I am struggling. I am shy to seek advice. I hope you can help me. I am tired of this!
