Hey guys, I found nofap on askmen.com totally makes sense. I'm looking to stay off P, M, and escorts. too easy to pay for it. Finally realized that the man I want to be doesn't pay for sex, or spend time PMO.
Today is day 5. I know I'm gonna need help to keep from falling back.

Good luck Adman; sounds like you are on your first day of recovery. Plan now what you are going to do when the urge to PMO or use a hooker hits. And don't beat yourself up if you slip.
 
Thanks Blue, today is day seven. getting some urges. I'm home from work today with a cold. got dressed and went out to the diner to get out. Got back on this website to stay focused on the goal- just for today.
 
Ok today Sunday and I'm 9 days clean. Lots of urges. Remembering that the successful person is willing to do the things that the unsuccessful person is not. Going out to the store to get out of the house. I can do this for one more day today.
 
Today is Monday- 10 days clean- urging today. gotta stay out of the zone. going to go out of the house. this will pass.
