Newby. Going Hard Mode for 90 days.

    52 year old male and just like the title says, I'm all new to this. Want to do a reboot for 90 days. I know I'm addicted to porn, and know it has bad side effects, so I want to get things together and quit.
    I've been addicted for years, watched every type of porn, from normal to incest to bestiality, and I'll even admit to looking at "modeling" pictures of young children (yes, it disgusts me, but I think it's because of my long term addiction, becoming desensitized to any "normal" porn.) I'd NEVER actually have anything sexual to do with a child in real life.


    so, any help/encouragement is greatly appreciated
