Nice pecs, weird nipples

    I started doing freeletics since January and Alhamdulillah I have achieved a decent physique till now.

    The thing is although I'm in pretty good shape, my nipples are puffy almost all the time. How do I deal with this? Will the puffiness disappear once I achieve a good nofap streak?

    I read that the puffiness of nipples can be due to temporary circulation of estrogen in teenage years. Well, I'm 20 now... So what the hell?

    Idk. I can tell you I also developed decent physique but have small-ish nipples. Some things you can't change
