Some grammar hints.
In English, we would say "I'm Japanese" or "I'm a Japanese person". We'd say "I'm 18", or "I am 18 years old". We'd probably say "I created a thread for the first time in my life". We'd probably say "If I have some mistakes, please correct me" or "If I have some mistakes, please tell me the correct English" or maybe "If I have some mistakes, please tell me the right English", but "right" doesn't sound quite right in the context, but it isn't incorrect. We'd probably say "Why am I trying NoFap?" We'd say "I want to be a more confident person." Look up the words confident and confidential. "Confident" refers to being self-assured. "Confidential" refers to privacy. It's probably just a typo, but it's "advice", not "addvice".

None of the mistakes made it difficult for me to understand you. You communicated your message well, so you're doing great! We really appreciate the effort, because English is often a very difficult language to learn. I'm bad with languages, and I don't think I could ever learn a language much different from my own as well as you have!
