    Hi I am on day 23 but had a wetdream last night.Will it be considered as relapse because the semen has been lost anyway?

    No, i'm 21 and I've had like 3 or 4 wet dreams past month, they don't count as relapse.

    The problem is not in losing semen, but exposing your body to high levels of dopamine when you PMO.
