Even if you had 350 days on nofap and lost, you' re not back on day 0. You have progressed. That' s one of the reasons why counting days is kind of useless. Yes, it is good to understand that you' re doing better, but it' s not like days is what you have to put all your focus on.
Also, it' s just a wet dream. Cum goes away and then new cum cums in. Simply. It' s like exchange. You get rid of old and new one comes in. So nothing is lost.
 
Most important thing is to watch out for succubus that enters dream because that's what the wet dreams comes from most of the time.
