Hi all

I’m now day 14 of nofap.

Does anyone else not feel any sexual urges while rebooting? I think I have depression as well which could also be the cause of this as well I guess flat line

Just wondered if anyone else felt like this?

Your case is absolutely normal there is nothing to be scared about. The lack of desire during the first days of rebooting is in fact beneficial cause it will helps you to switch your focus from Pmo to things more interesting. Remember you are still doing your first steps towards freedom but these one are very important since it’s there where you are shifting the concept of pmo in your brain the most. Later on you will be able to become more mature as you will develop solid beliefs about love, sex, lust and such other notions.

I wish you a great journey toward freedom then you can unleash your full potential !
 
I am going through something similar. Its just day 9 for me. I have pied and over the last couple of days, I am not really getting as many craving to masturbate. Perhaps Im flatlining. Its kind of nice and brings a lot of peace. But I dont really know how much longer this is gonna take. And thats scary.
I think your depression will slowly go away thanks to nofap. Based on what i have read i think nofap brings you to more of a stage where you stop mulling and start actually taking action. I hope we can achieve great things during this period before we are completely cured! Cheers!
 
Hwy guys, update here... I think my flatline is over, I now seriously have the horn! But I am resisting the urge to fap...

I’m thinking though, Once i have sex (when ever that maybe) I know as soon as I ‘O’ , I will want to get out of there and won’t want sex again for a while...

This all started for me when I got ED which I think it’s porn related...

I’m worried next time I have sex, once I’m ‘finished’ I won’t want to see the girl again... it’s like I’ll just be using her to replace me fapping... does that make sense?
