I have done M without O but I need to cut it out.
 
It's called a chaser, it makes you hungry for more. I've struggled a lot with edging. All it does is make you frustrated and even if I avoid fantasy and porn, the pent up hormones will keep me up at night and destroy my sleep until I just fall out of sheer fatigue. It's a no win game that you only play because you want to keep feeling the pleasure to escape whatever pain you are medicating. Here is my recent post on edging:
