No fab journey

    Hey I am visha I started the no fab journey I've joined the gym it's almost 3 weeks it's going well but I relapsed over and over again I hope it will be alright I can't control after 7 days I end up failed so can you give me the advice to overcome the fab

    for overcoming fab can help:
    • vacation in another country
    • making a trip outside for a week
    • cold shower
    • workout or making a new hobby as habit to cover the fab-habit
    • delete your whole porn-collection and your accs on porn-sites (even soft-porn-sites are poison as hell)
    • change your nutrition - stop eating shit like McDonalds, Subway etc. eat healthy: more vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish etc. having a cheatday in the week or once all two weeks is ok (for example eating a piece of cake, small pizza or piece of chocolate) but don't exaggerate!

    Joining gym is a good step to become better.

    wait a second !!! taking a vacation to another country can help with NoFap ???!!!! Dang !!!!!!! How come i've never thought of that before !!!! Dang !!!!
