No libido, nofap and reverse kegels

    Hi everyone!

    I'm very glad for found this place. Sorry for my English, but it isn't my nationality language. So i was addicted to porn , and i gave it up on december previously year(something about 260 days now). Still I dont have morning Woods, maybe once a week and its something about 30% erection and i dont have any spontaneous erect during days.

    One Day i found article in my language about kegels muscle, so i started doing them, but in that article there wasnt anything about reverse kegels and i didnt know about it, to since find this website. I have unbalanced pelvic floor muscle, one time i did revers kegels and i dont know how i did that, but i could hold it for 2-3 seconds i felt them opposite to normal kegels,under my stomach inside my pelvic, i can hold normal kegels over 1 minute. I cant feel it again :/. Another problem is i dont have libido :( im only 19 and i worry about it. I live healthier since 1,5 year i lost weight (18kg) i'm going to gym few Times a week, i'm taking cold showers, i started Reading books and many others now i'm giving up masturbation, since i gave up porn i masturbated once a week but now i give up it absoluty, i'm clear 12 days :)

    So i have a few questions to you
    1) Problems with my libido and morning woods from unbalanced pelvic floor? ( i didnt have 100% erection during masturbation last week too)

    2)Why i cant feel reverse kegels now i could feel them only one time, now when i try do them i only feel my ABS muscle, i cant feel them like then :/ what i should do to feel them better and do them stronger? I try to feel reverse kegels when i try peeing faster but it dont help me yet (i try for week now)

    3) There are any others muscle which i should to take care for my sexuality health??
    4)When will flatline gone? When my erection quality become 100% hard, when will i get morning Woods?

    Where are you from? Good that you are here and that you ask for help.

    Do you still masturbate?

    Training you kegel is a very good thing to get harder erections.

    But I don't think you have to focus too much on your erections. It will come. And if you think it is a fysical disfuction, maybe you have to see a doctor.

    I'm from Poland, since april i have masturbated once a week, but now i'm clear since 12 days, my longest streak was 40 days, then nothing Got betters, that was the Last time, i'm very sad because i dont watch porn since 30st december and i cant get fully hard :/
    I think i'm healthy physcial, despite this i'm worry because i'm only 19 :/

    I dont know about libido (because I can activate mine whenever or sometimes it gets out of control and its still possible to control but harder for me to control when it does) but you dont always have to have morning wood man. Which brings me to an unbalanced pelvic floor...
    Just like any other exercise, you have to keep working at it man. Practice makes perfect. When I do a back (butt area) reverse kegel, I always envision what pushing out poop is like and then my back reverse kegel activates. I worked up to holding the back reverse kegel for about 30 seconds. I wouldnt recommend that to you, so find beginners workouts like learning to flex it for a couple seconds then rest a couple seconds and repeat.
    When you push the pee out faster, thats a front (penis area) reverse kegel. Just imagine pushing out pee but as a beginner you should do what I do. I drink alot of water and when I start to want to pee I dont go to the bathroom to pee but I try pushing out the pee and voila, you just did a front reverse kegel. Its easier to notice when you activate the front reverse kegel like this, a secret I found.
    Keep in mind to do ordinary kegels as well. You have to strengthen all of the pelvic floor or else there will be some weak muscles.
    I do them Monday-Friday, and ive been doing them close to a year now. I test my strength by pooping and not letting any pee out whenever I want to take a dump. I have been able to only poop without peeing but it took me a little. So that means I still need to work it out. Good luck!

    Thanks for fast reply, so where i can find routines for all kinds of pelvic floor muscles , i can only this one which stop peeing and how to activates others? Thanks for tips :) i know that i will not have always morning woods but one a
    1-2 weeks and 30% hard of erection is terrible (in my Age), what about your Journey when your flatline ends? And how you checked that? Some kind of special feelings?

    I'm diagnosed with major depression so its hard to separate my PMO addictions withdrawl symptoms with my baseline mood. Its hard to tell in all honesty. I still have around 200 days to hit my two year mark to be out of the withdrawl timeframe.
    Yes, its like I have more confidence in my self. I can also attribute the rise in my self esteem with working out alot. Thats hard for me to tell as well.
