    Hey man,

    I've had this book on my shelf for almost one year. I didn't have the courage to ooen it and face the hard truth. After many therapy sessions I've finally reached the point where I've started reading it (reached Chapter 4 now).

    How has it changed your life. When did you start working on yourself?
