Okay let's face it, no matter how many parental blocks I set up, I will still try to find some way around it. No parental block is perfect. If I can't find a hole in the parental block system then I will end up Googling on how to get around it. Plus when I want to search something not ADULT related, sometimes my parental block will block it anyway. I have two tablets, one cell phone, and one laptop. I decided to get rid off all my parental blockers on those devices. It's a brave move (well for me it is.....) but I need to train my brain in too not PMO. Only way I can beat this. I have had parental blockers on my devices for 4 years....... and they are obviously not working.... what your guys opinion on this?

  2. I don't use them. The battle is in your mind, not on your computer.

Well this have helped a couple of times . Sometimes a trigger shows up , then I automatically go open some porn website and it turns out to be blocked ... this gives me time for the trigger to wear off and for me to reconsider what I'm doing . Because once I'm in there it's hard to get out ...

my mum put a parental lock on my computer when I was younger, I got round it and could watch any thing I wanted in about 5 min. The part of your brain that makes you want to watch porn, it doesn't care what you put in place or what you promise yourself, I find its best to avoid the battle as much as possible.

yes they are actually biological cycles, just like every 90 minutes you get a hunger pang if you are fasting or something, internal body clock that measures time down to the second.

how do the cells in your pituitary perceive the passage of time?
