No more porn and moving towards meaningful relations

Hey,

Im 35 years old, i live in Sweden. I want to stop watching and jerking of to porn. This is my first day.

I feel porn has become a symptom (one of a few) of loneliness and a lack of meaningful relations in my life. Sex, porn and the attention of women has always had sush a huge effect on me. Now i am single, im in psychotherapy and i just want to get on a life that i share with people i really care about and that care about me, i want to have fun and enjoy life, i want to fall in love and be father.

Porn is an obstacle to reach this life i wish for myself. And i feel sad and ashamed i have been watching and jerking off to porn that is not really nice to me.
