I guess am late, but let me start from here, Just relapsed awhile back, Restarting Day 0

 

Still staying strong. Having a hard time getting myself to sit down and get back to studying programming though. Gonna try and just take a small step today. Arms are still sore from my workout which tells me I actually pushed myself. Urges were a bit strong this morning but I managed to just hop out of bed and start my day. Also been successfully holding off on caffeine within the first hour of the day, the next thing is to hold off on dopaminergic activities for the first hour of the day, but that's something to work towards. It'd probably be easier if i just started with 10 minutes, then 15, 20, etc.

 

I haven't fapped but I have had sexual fantasies and semen leakage today.
I need to be careful

It's not too late to work on recovery! Recovery doesn't happen for people that need it. It happens for people that want it and work for it.
