Yes, i was operating from the belief that 95% of guys where "gratifying themselves" once or twice a day. Its the "new normal" although I think guys have always been jagging off everyday since the caveman days I just dont want women to think men are all jerking off everyday. It amazes me how Porn is seen as "normal." Like if I asked anyone I knew to go and tell their Mother or Father that they were about to go and masturbate, I bet you they never would since in reality it's pathetic. I'm currently feeling angry and disappointed at myself for relapsing yet again just an hour ago. I will start the No Nut November journey tomorrow and continue it until... Forever. Anyone with a serious M habit will start to experience some benefits from 30 days of abstinence - probably long before the end of the week. And if you try to go a month without and you fail - that's when you know you have an issue. I hope plenty of 'normied' try it and discover whether P/M is a harmless hobby or whether they are addicted.
