No PM/ Yes Working Out AP Group

    Hi all,

    I am on a journey to find my old self again. I am hopefully going to streak for 90 days No PM and 90 days working out in some way.

    Working out can consist of working any muscle besides the penis muscle.
    Ex. meditating, stretching, pushups situps and all other forms of the loosley termed working out.

    Rules:
    -Post to the thread once every two weeks with an update or get booted. Be honest if you look at P or M, if you are doing hard mode more power to ya!

    -Post Story and Goal

    I used to be fit, and not think about P all the time. I am going to try to get back to those days.

    Goal: Retain similar fitness to what I had ten years ago. I used to be able to do 40 pushups at a time, and now I can only do 40 in 3 sets with 30 second rest in between.

    Goal: Get rid of Jelly Rolls and love handles to the best of my ability.

    Goal: Work out or feel sore every day that is reasonably possible.

    Goal: No PM for 90 days
