No PMO for 50 days

Hi guys,

So I'm new here for I guess more or less the same reason as everyone here. I believe that I'm pretty addicted to porn and masturbation, some days I can masturbate 5 or 6 times in a row, I don't really get any pleasure out of it but I think I just wanna forget thinks and get over the end of my relationship with my girlfriend. Since last week I decided to run every two days 50 minutes and I really loved it, today I finally decided to challenge myself and stop any kind of PMO during 50 days and see who it's gonna be.
