    it is normal man,
because our thyroid starting to active highly again, when we doing fap actually we lost amount much of energy, that other mineral and vitamin actually used for produce your physical body, and make your thyroid get a disease called hypothyroid.
it have symptomps like weak, tired, low libido, have bags under the eyes etc.
it might be not all people have the same disease, but we can one for sure that when thyroid in our body start to active again, which can be possible happen because we abstaince from PMO and use that energy for other things like build our body, it can makes sense, because thyroid is the most important thing in our body and it determine the growth factor, and no wonder for some people who abstaince from PMO for long enough have such a things like : clear and energy eyes, strong body, thick hair (it can be on your hair, eyebrow, beard etc), and also possible become taller.
and about high BP, i think it still possible back to normal, it just your thyroid function started to overactive because you have got enough energy, vitamin and mineral to store too.
just make sure not too much eat meat with addictive or other things
    hope it can help

Bro!! Abstinence increases severe spike in Dopamine and then it converts into norepinephrine and epinephrine hormones which increases stress hormones that's why many people suffer anxiety and depression due to drastic abstinence in nature thats what increases blood pressure because during orgasm much dopamine is released in synaptic cleft, I have thoroughly studied about this sexual exhaustion and its symptoms so yeas the High BP is a withdrawal which nofap does not mention but as you go for longer streak these things adjust to normal but it can be risky for some people.
NOFAP is really a cure for everything specially mind and body.
Fuck you porn and pornstar, they r destroying these little kids like it destroyed us.
    All d best guys

Don't play with high blood pressure thats only thing bas with nofap that they don't mention everything. But yes it comes down slowly after longer streaks.
But you should go to your gp and tell him about high bp because usually its not dangerous but at other hand it can be serious so I recommend you take very low dose bete blocker.
Metroprolol is the best in terms of abstinence and its non addictive.
My bp was constantly high although I never had high bp, I was very very healthy and my readings were -
140/90 for 2 months and now its normal. Its 120/85 right now.
Keep your journey through nofap but you can also take medicine to get some comfort specifically regarding high bp.
But don't worry it will come back normal. Keep checking your bp.
    All d best
Withdrawals are the toughest thing I have ever suffered. Fuck you pmo

  4. NoFap = High Testosterone = High blood pressure...i guess

Yes bro!! Your answer is short but very correct and effective. You have got the reason which nofap doesn't mention and its dangerous because most of the fapstronauts r so busy in counting days that they don't imagine they r having high bp.

i have noticed that, after a relapse of a long streak i got high bp, heart palpitations and some anxiety. i got my cholesterol and sugar levels test one month ago and everything is ok, also an ECG three months ago and very is fine, i think it is some type of withdrawl symtomps. The big deal here is the anxiety wich causes all of these symtomps (also sorry for my bad english)

My story is very much similar to you, I even had ECG as well cardiologist said my heart is healthy and he also advised me to concentrate on studies. Its a withdrawal man, its prooven by research.

  8. Hey,

I'm not a doctor or any sort of medical professional at all. If you are having a medical problem, it's best to get it checked out by a doctor.

My doctor has me keep a blood pressure log. I just take it twice a day and write it down.

Since you know what your BP is, I assume you have a machine and could show up for your appointment with a log.

Also, make note of any other changes you've made. Alcohol, pot, prescriptions medications. There is no reason to lie to your doctor, they can't help you with half the information.

Add another one to the list. My BP was always pretty normal until I started no pmo, then it went up to about 145/90. I believe it is from anxiety due to withdrawal. I am not overweight, exercise regularly, and eat healthy, so I'm going to ride it out and hope it returns to normal.

Bro!! Keep checking your BP over time, yes its withdrawal, its due to high levels of stress hormones released in body due to abstinence. If u feel uneasy please go visit Dr.

    thanks.
It was a dr that checked it for me.
He advised me to see a psychiatrist which I finally did today. I'm a med student and have gone 88, 30, 42 and even 114 days. I guess the combination of school stress and nofap withdrawals (restlessness, insomnia and tension) is what's killing me. I relapsed from my longest streak due to heart attack_like symptoms I had due to anxiety. The psychiatrist advised me to miss the session and get into rehab. But the rehab is so expensive. I read somewhere that many who use rehab return to their habit after some time...so guys pls. I'd want your opinions, is it gonna be worth it? and cos despite my relapse the symptoms are still very present.

I think you should go with the Dr. if you can afford it and I don't think rehab will cause you relapse. You can become a better person if you control you emotions by doing exercises, meditation taking cold showers, etc.
I hope upcoming days r good for uh.

Hi, guys, I am new to NoFap and I have had the same issue with my blood pressure. I use to be an Olympic level athlete, I am still in good shape, as I work out. When I stop watching porn and masturbation I get anxiety attacks, warm fuzzy feeling in head, discomfort in chest and my systolic blood pressure is high usually around (147/70). I know because I check my blood pressure whenever I have these attacks and when I go to see my doctor. What's more convincing is as soon as I go back to porn and masturbation these symptoms are relieved or at least they are less severe. My doctors don't know what to think when I tell them It is probably because of my excessive porn and masturbation. I even changed my diet - ate less salt, and more fruits and vegetables. And for some time I felt better but I would always go back to porn and masturbation when I am stressed or feeling depressed, lonely or bored and it would be a continuous cycle of feeling good while masturbating to porn and then anxiety attacks and increased blood pressure after going without it for a day or more. Seriously - more research needs to be done on how porn and masturbation are linked to high blood pressure and anxiety disorder.

I developed PIED and HBP at the same time. Had every test done for both and no underlying cause for either. Hoping this reboot will fix it. This 24 days is the longest I’ve ever gone.

@Anurag12 @Omniman911 Masturbation TOTALLY destroyed my health and I am only 33 years old. I developed high blood pressure at 25 years of age and that was due to masturbation, NOT only did masturbation cause my high blood pressure but IT DID make me develop DIABETES, BELIEVE IT OR NOT. Overmasturbation DOES cause diabetes as well due to stress hormones like cortisol blocking the insulin to work. I once did 21 days without masturbating hard mode and my blood sugar was much better but then I kept relapsing again and again. Masturbation is a KILLER and it makes me almost go crazy when I read silly articles online stating how healthy it is. I am now in such bad shape and I'm on my 24th day of nofap, trying to recover. I have both high blood pressure and diabetes and diabetes DOES NOT run in my family at all. I was able to meet other users on this forum with the same issue as mine. Masturbation definitely causes high blood pressure if that's your worry. You need to go a longtime without it HARD MODE.

@Anurag12 What about your blood sugar ? For me high blood pressure was already there while on PMO, nofap is actually helping it ...I drank hot chocolate and realized it raised it due to the fact that it has caffeine. Caffeine releases stress hormones too .. HOW MANY months did it take you before your blood pressure got normal ?

I am on Day 132 No PMO hardmode, Still facing withdrawals but it's getting better on longer streaks. Good news is I went to cardiologist yesterday and had ECG, echocardiogram, Treadmill Test and guess my BP is 120/70 normal and my heart is still healthy since 3 months heart palpitations and due to abstaining but now u can see it's getting lower. So yes PMO destroys your health and its the best time get rid of it as soon as possible otherwise it will kill u one day.
Go hardmode through life to get health benefits.
Plz don't play with your health, PMO is a shit.

@Anurag12 You are totally right ... PMO is extremely dangerous ... After how long did your blood pressure lowe when you started nofap ? Congratulations on 132 days. I would really love to keep in touch. I like the posts you posted. PMO gave me high blood pressure and diabetes. So you spent 132 days with no release at all ? I wanna do that too. The longest I've done is 26 days HARD MODE. They say semen retention is really healthy. How are you managing not to relapse for that long of a streak ?
