Obviously the name of the game here is no PMO ( porn, masturbating to orgasm)

However, I had a slip up after 11 days of no PMO, however I didn't watch porn, and still havent.

I'm real proud of the No porn, even if I masturbated twice.

Does anybody have experience with no porn totally, and masturbating once in a blue moon? I mean are there still great benefit? Porn is real destructive, I know this.. So eliminating that in of it self must be a big accomplishment.

Anyways, I'm not asking for someone to enable P but not MO. Just was curious what you all thought?

I'm still back on the no PMO.. (I think my counter is a day ahead) But my counter with 5 days of no PMO doesn't show the 17 days of no porn (which again, I am proud of)

I feel improvement with that alone.. And without porn, my desire to masturbate signigicantly has decreased.

Anyways, I'm just rambling, but would like to get others thoughts

    peace

in order to get the full benefits from a reboot Jay it has to be no masturbation whatsoever. Dont worry because if you do masturbate once in a blue moon it isn't a complete reset. Just dont get to the stage where you think that masturbation is ok because then you will start binging and you will be back to square one.

Im starting a new challenge today so feel free to message me for any support.

I did that MO without P on my own before I knew about nofap.
If your in a relationship, it will make the sex a whole lot better after 1 month
and you will feel better about yourself, but you will not get the "super powers",
not as much energy socially or mentally.
It still effects your dopamine levels, which is what you want to fix.
