NO PMO SINCE 90 Days... What should I do now?

    Hi,

    I am on 86 days doing no PMO, so I want to know, what I shall doing now?
    When does I will reach the flatline? I feel I haven't be cured totally from PMO, but I felt lesser addiction on Porn, my self esteem and my confidence have increased so much, my interest for sex have decreased a little bit, but sometimes I want to masturbate (not with urges but sometimes I want that for rewarding myself)...

    I want to know because I am planning to do a Steroid cure soon, and I don't want to relapse... Cheers,
