  2. Hey oh, I was thinking to that, normally i can resist 80 days without a single fap, i should try for this new year hopimg to not watch silly porn, i will subscribe to this challenge but i don't promise to succeed.

    None of us can see into the future on how we will do once this challange starts :p . As said, its only a 'NO PORN' challange and you are free to MO. I myself usually get blue balls after 50 days with MO and no wet dreams, and the tension is usually very high which is why MO is good at that time. In this challange MO is meant to be used as a tactic when you are feeling very high tension to watch porn.

    So are you in the challange? Also note that you have to meet the qualification challange of going december without watching porn.

  4. @master3 no blue balls yet for me, just an intense urge to relapse that i can't controll after 80 days, i do it for two times, first to day 74 and the second to day 80, i suppose is because not everyone can control kundalini energy for so much. Amyway i'm in.

    If you relapse with Porn than try to M when you get blue balls. Its better to M without porn than to fall in the trap of Porn because you where overwhelmed since you are not sexually active or MOing. Well thats my oppinion.

    Yeah that is true and that is the goal.. but right now I am taking it one day at a time.. but I got this. 19 days today.
     
  7. Honestly i like to take a pause from Pmo then relapse, i know is a ridk anyway but for me the important thing was to stop to Pmo every single day and i'm mostly capable of it and i feel happy.

    Update: Was having strong porn and escort craving yesterday and MOd to relief myself. Didn't work so good though and only after i took a nap. Feeling a bit better today but still have some urges at the moment.

    update: I watched porn and thus relapsed. What triggered it was me installing a dating app which led me to start browsing porn. I didn't PMO though, and i'm thinking on heading out to calm myself down. Almost 10 days but back to day 1 npw, and also remember that the challange starts in 10 days.

    Update: I watched porn. It all started with my escort cravings which eventually led me to start looking up escorts in my area. Anyway, its 5 days left before the challange starts and im pretty confident i can manage that. The issue is my brain tricking me by saying ''have fun for the last 5 days before the challenge''.

    Anyway, i didn't MO to porn which is atleast better. And its been almost 2 weeks since i did that and i have noticed an improvement in my wellbeing, first my eye sight have improved and im feeling a bit clearer in mind.
