    This is the No Porn 2023 Challenge. The rule is simple:

    The rule -> NO Porn

    Explicit images (for example on instagram), cam girls and looking up escorts also fall into definition of Porn. Unintentional viewing does not, such as a friend sending you porn material or it popping up. But you choosing to intentionally keep looking at the porn material to satisfy your cravings is a relapse.

    Sexual intercourse with partner and MO is allowed (MO can be used as a way to relieve cravings). Though any kind of escorts are not allowed and is a relapse.

    * You have 0 strikes. Update your progress atleast once a month.

    True. Keep on going, and 15 days porn free once we start will be good for you. Personally I have been strugling to not look up escort sites due to urges, hence counter resets.
