The Rule: NO PORN

Explicit images, cam girls and visiting escorts also fall into definition of Porn. Unintentional viewing such as pop-ups does not, but you choosing to intentionally keep looking at the porn material to satisfy your cravings is a relapse. Sexual intercourse with partner and MO is allowed (MO can be used as a way to relieve cravings). Update your progress atleast once a month.
