I've stopped looking at porn. Since I've been on porn for a while, it went to a point where I need fetish or hardcore porn to turn me on. So my question is how do I rip the porn off my mind? I just need to have a dirty imagination to masturbate. Unfortunately not too long ago I fapped and orgasmed all from a dirty and perverted mind. How can I overcome this problem? I really want to get a grip and start over.

I did mention that I needed fetish/hardcore porn to turn me on. Before I started porn and masturbating, simply looking at girls turned me on. Will this reverse when i stop fapping, or will i need to keep having a fetishy mind to get me on? Please Help!

Hope this helps, friend. As for keeping porn off your mind, best advice I can give (what works for me personally) is to keep busy. Find an activity/hobby/work that engages you, don't let complacency set in. But don't work yourself too hard! But you know, trying to force something out of mind just makes it harder to ignore. Also, (and this is entirely up to you) you could look into how TERRIBLE the hardcore fantasies in porn today really are. Both the notions they purport as well as the effect had on society (its really eye opening). You could also look into ways to healthily express sexuality.

I highly recommend you check out the Yourbrainonporn website for how it affects you.

For the rest I'd say look into works by Teal Swan and Laci Green (Though with Laci's videos, if you see a title that seems potentially triggering, you may want to steer clear for the time being).

But its your choice, friend. I hope I've been of help, and I wish you the best in your endeavors.
