On the 10th of February 2018 it was the first day i heard about NoFap.
Since then I have never masturbated to porn nor have I watched it.
The first 100+ days i went hard mode.
Had sex a couple of times.
After 200+ days (since 10th feb) I fapped without porn.
    It was amazing.
Since then I have been fapping every now and then just to release tension.
I always think about real women that I had been with or women I say and like them.
I consider my porn addiction long gone!
But my desire to ejaculate is there.
At the moment I cant go with a woman because I developed a fear that I cannot share with you guys. Possibly ocd..
So im stuck in a place where I can't have sex cause im too scared and cant trust women, but I do want to ejaculate every couple of days.
I tried starting a hard mode again but its too hard.
Its a bit scary not knowing when my fear will be over and I can finally go on with a woman again.
This is what mainly keeps me wanting to fap every few days. I have even rejected 3 women due to my fear!

So, how long does it take to fully restore the brain? I see some people talking about 2-3 years for hard addicts.

Does fapping without porn slow down or harm the process?

Should I do another round of 90 hard mode?

1-Can't help you if you can't tell us your fear.
2- Read about dopamine reward system or dopamine pathways. Yourbrainonporn is a good site to take learn about it.

    Trusting women?

Let me tell you this, brother - The truth is that women and men are hypergamous. Men tend to look for fertility in young women. Women tend to look for social status, dominance or financial stability so her offspring will survive - whatever sets them off. This mating strategy is their primary instinct that runs their sexlife. It is similar to the dominance trait in men. Some men are very dominant, some are more laid back and watch from a sideline. This means that some women act consciously on this instinct, some start being resentful towards their husbands 15, 20 years into a relationship, most relationships end within half a year. Each time they almost Always follow a distinct pattern, because human beings are predictable once you see what this instinct is all about. You can even tell that a relationship is going to end between two people just by the looks a woman give to you while the loving man has no clue what is coming his way.

The truth is ofcourse that it does not really matter. The most important thing in life is to start loving yourself and get your shit in order. Get a job, house, savings and be as healthy as possible. In normal situations your parents are the only ones who are ever truely going to love you, so enjoy the time you have left with them. Everything else in life, especially friendship and love, is temporary. Relationships these days are very likely to end up in disaster because people are dopamine addicts, women included. For men, it is very hard to attract a women, unless you have a 6 pack (the typical chad ) or be a good provider through your income. 80% of men are simply not that attractive to a woman. They may sport fuck you, but there is a very high chance that after a few weeks to a month after tons of shittesting and measuring what your status and income is by asking questions, that they are going to dry up faster than water in the Sahara desert.

Just like becoming desensitised to normal sexby watching pornography, men and women become desensitised to eachother after 3-4 years. This is nature's way of saying "You have fertilised eachother / created offspring, time to move on and find something new". After we go back to hypergamy.

The sooner you accept this fact, the easier life will become for you. We all struggle until our eventual demise, better enjoy every moment along the way. Be like me, dont marry and dont take risks. Dont be a slave to the system.

    Outstanding explanation bro.
The two Ms on a woman's balance:
    Meat and Money.
    (Meat for saying Dick)
The big problem is getting older alone.

    Getting older alone, depends..

First thing is to get your finances in order. Have a pension set up. In alot of countries, you get a standard pension from the goverment and secondary pensions from your own retirement plan.

The problem is that most countries follow the pension system from the UK. This means that the current working class pay directly for those receiving state pensions. There is no buffer in this. As the birthrates decline, the state pension is going to collapse. The goverment will be forced to cut the payments by 40-50% in a few decades, so you now receive only about 400 euro instead of the current 780, with secondary pensions you can barely afford to live on a camping in a forest.

Second is ofcourse that your parents are no longer around so you have find company in travelling, alone time or keep in touch with friends.

    Very well said.
But due to bad experiences its harder for me to accept these and move on. Its clearly a psychological issue and I need to deal with this separetly.

But my concern is the whole reboot and brain & body healing process which I think will allow me to think clearer.
