Starting from today, I forbid myself from using any electronic devices when I reach home from work/school. I've been relapsing mainly during late night as well as getting insufficient sleep. This is due to my horrible habit of mindlessly scrolling through the internet with my devices especially the desktop at my living room. I also wanted to experience myself the benefits of a screenless night time. Will my sleep quality improve? Will I stop relapsing? Am I'm more energised and productive the following day? Will my stress, anxiety and depression be reduced? Instead of checking my phones or computer, I can spend my time reading books before bedtime.
