    This is my day2 of NoFap. At the beginning of day2, my friend showed me an Instagram photo of a girl (she's not well (not) dressed). But.....let me say this loud.;
    "I FELT NOTHING IN MY HEAD!!". Nothing at all. I'm great! :D

    Depending on how long you used PMO, it will likely take longer than two days for your mind to rewire itself. However, I am glad for your early success. Maybe you can ask your friend to be more of a friend in the future and not show you such things. Eventually, they will lead to your downfall.
